ipad challenge no.40, another meditation piece which is in AB form. Section A is mildly hyperventilating; B section (the trippy bit) is breath holding. The music is designed to follow the deep breathing / retention patterns like a slightly lighter version of the Wim Hoff Method-
2 sec in / 2 sec out deep breath (18 times)
4 sec full deep breath in then hold (12sec)
4 sec fully out then hold (40 sec)
4 sec fully in then hold (12 sec)
4 sec gently out.
Go back to beginning and repeat (up to 3 or 4 times).
It'll probably make you dizzy so don't do whilst driving, flying or waterskiing. Must be seated or lying down (NOT in the bath!).
